Privacy Policy

Overwatch Septic Systems, North Carolina. Questions: Joshua@overwatchseptic.com.

What we collect

When you send a request on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, whether you need an alarm response or a state certified septic operator, and a record that you agreed to this policy. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment details, or health information. Please do not send them.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block abuse. The form's security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store information in your browser to tell people from bots. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your request and to provide septic Operation and Maintenance service. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and the security check), Resend (which delivers the email), and Google Workspace (where we keep our email). If we hire a licensed contractor for a repair at your property, we share the details they need to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it, and we report inspection results to the local health department as the rules require.

How long we keep it

Requests are not stored on the website. They arrive by email and stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our record-keeping duties, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete your request sooner, we will, except for records we must keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing Joshua@overwatchseptic.com. We will respond within 30 days.

How we protect it

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is checked for bots and limits what it accepts. Our mailbox is protected with two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Last updated October 24, 2026.
